I never ever ever write bad reviews but this company’s customer service was extremely rude and not nice. I told them I’d call them back, after they called me past business hours and I was eating dinner. I had to wait to call back after one day due to health reasons, not that this is anyone’s business but mine. They not only gave me attitude, but were very unkind to me. This is not how a new customer should be treated. I cancelled my service and will be using another company.

Don't use this company! The owner, Thomas Harrelson, is a thief! We have been waiting almost 3 weeks after giving our deposit for work to be done. As soon as he got some money, he ghosted us. Total scam of a company
Worst company I ever had. They called me after one week of the visit and asked $1000 extra to replace water heater without insurance payment.
I had worked previously with a different company and got a quote to replace my tankless water heater for about 8k. I called Advanced Plumbing Solution to get a second opinion, the owner showed by within 30 mins and told us we don't need to replace and took care of the issue. He saved us a lot of money and was very easy to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest. I am so glad I got 2nd opinion. Only calling Advanced Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing issues from now on. Thank you!
