Horrible experience. The owner was horribly rude, offensive, used racial slurs, overshared things that were absolutely not my business and tried to require cash only - obviously to subvert Uncle Sam or for some other shady purpose. Disgusting individual.

I had a new water heater installed back in June. I recently received a home inspection and was flagged with 3 violations concerning the water heater. - not properly insulated (in the garage) - no emergency drip pipeline - Temperature and Pressure valve incorrectly installed Inspector quoted, “any licensed plumber should do that”. Called to have addressed this - yet to get an answer after several days. I had to have Morris-Jenkins get it up to code.

I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Scott was professional and fixed the issue within minutes. He showed me what he had to replace and that it now works. I haven’t had any issues since he left
