Would not suggest using this company. They nickel and dime you for a lot of unnecessary costs and call it a modification. Unhooking a old unit and re-hooking up new unit is not a modification. Its part of the job. As far as I'm concerned they rip you off. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the service tech was good. Advanced plumbing along with AHS is an awful combination. Will never use again or refer this company. Canceling AHS too.

I had a home warranty claim for our water heater and this company was assigned to us. It was an awful experience. The first person came out to take a look an did something with a valve without connecting a hose and squirted dirty water EVERYWHERE!! It was an absolute mess—we even had to scrub our ceiling and wash shoes. There was no apology or anything. Had to use them for a warranty claim. Took them a week to get out, then an additional week plus for them to get AHS what they needed to approve the claim. They do not follow up or return phone calls. They added in a ton of unessisary parts to my claim . Parts that were already available new. The office said it's up to the tech, yet the tech said it's up to the office so again not actually getting an answer. So I had to pay a ton out of pocket for no reason. Update 8/6/24. We just had Spencer replace the 66 year old plumbing in our sons home in Citrus Heights. In addition to a great price and 5 year warranty, he did a great job. The work was done well and he left everything clean. I am very impressed. Spencer did a great job installing by Flo by moen leak detection device. Very clean install and he ran me through how it works.
