I would not recommend Advanced Plumbing, especially if they are assigned through a home warranty company. In my case, they submitted an estimate with many separate non-covered charges for items that were described as being replaced or modified. After the water heater was installed, I inspected the work and found that several of those items had not actually been replaced. Installation of a Moen Leak Detection device. The plumber, Spencer was exceptional. Fast install and very professional!! I would recommend him.
