Highly recommend. Jody replaced our water heater. He is very responsive in communicating, shows up on time, and is conscientious with his work. He even went above and beyond by taking the old heater back to the retail establishment so we could return it for a partial warranty refund.

Jody is professional, skilled, and upfront with prices and labor. I ran into an issue and had no water in the house. I gave him a call and texted some pictures. He was already in the area and was at my house in 45 minutes. An hour later, everything was fixed and he was on his way. He had all the parts already on his truck. And he told me how much it would cost before we even hung up the phone. Highly recommend.

Five Stars! - Hot water heater broke and I had no idea of the next steps. Called around to plumbers and Jody answered immediately, asked me to text photos of the situation (because I didn’t know much about my set up), and I had a new hot water heater within 6 hours. Jody also took the time to explain what happened, explain how my equipment worked, and patiently answered ALL my questions. Definitely saving his card for the next time I have any plumbing issues!
