If you are looking for someone who stands behind their work you need to move on to someone else. This company opened a plugged sewer line on Tuesday. Work took an hour, charge was $155.00. Called them back Wednesday night and left a message that the line was clogging again. Received a return call on Thursday informing me that their warranty was good for only 24 hrs and if they came back again it would cost a minimum of another $155.00.
very inappropriate plumber, female manager will not let anyone talk, she has to sound good to her staff. poor business sense, won't finish jobs. We were left i n an unsanitary condition for 3 days and on Christmas Eve. Actually told me that they treat customers with home warranty differently, that if we wanted a 'good' job to call them directly. Will never use again, and asked my home warranty to remove them, so others won't be cheated.
