I needed a rubber phlange replaced in my toilet - unfortunately a few days before Christmas so needed to get it done. I had to pay $99 for them to walk in the door and the 10 minute job cost me $550 / the phlange at Bunnings cost $4.95. Do not use this company - they are crooks
They charge $99 over the phone as a fee for coming over to quote. Quotes are outrageaous (e.g. >$500 to install a shower rail = 2 screws and a 10mn job at the most, $270 to have a look at leaking pipe under the house, not including the actual fix). I decided not to use their services and found another plumber who charged a fair price. I therefore paid $99 to this business for them to waste my time. Writing this to avoid others getting caught too!
0 stars. Charged $99 over the phone before they even turned up then quoted a crazy inflated price. Found the plumber rude and uninterested, he was here for around 3 minutes. Asked for my money to be refunded but this was refused. Would not recommend.
Charged $50 for a site visit and then gave a completely inflated quote. So I paid $50 for nothing. Ended up getting someone else for a third of the price.
