There seems to be a misrepresentation with the billing at this location. I was clearly informed that after my insurance coverage, I would only need to pay $20 for both my massage and chiropractor appointments together. However, as shown on my receipt, I was charged $53 after my insurance had already been applied. I want to emphasize that the services themselves were fine, but I am not happy with how the billing was handled. I had a mishap the other day in the parking lot of this facility. A very kind young man by the name of Sebastian helped me a lot. It was his first day in Canada an his first day on campus. He was from Jamaica. Also ; thanks to Patrick and the young lady at reception. Also ; there was a gentleman from a nearby store who brought me water. Thanks to all of you.
I had such a wonderful experience with Khushbu! She was so friendly and amazing, and made me feel completely comfortable from the start.It didn’t even feel like we had just met. At the same time, she was very professional and clearly knows her work really well. I felt confident and cared for throughout my session. Highly recommend her!
