Great experience. I got some relief with the massage, heat and tens unit. But my tight muscles are really deep. I didn't expect them to give me full relief. But some was better than none.

Physical therapy has been great. Have had less pain only after a few sessions. Look forward to healing all the way and getting the range of motion backb ib my shoulder.
