Friendly and professional. Shannon and his team are extraordinarily synchronized in their methodology. I’ve been going there for a few months now and have been impressed how each team member knows what to do and when to do it. Usually after Shannon evaluates you a tech will be assigned to assist you in whatever stretches or exercises he prescribes.
