Horrible parent company, where money is first and patients are last. I have, previously, needed Physical Therapy services in the past and have gone elsewhere. In every other case, while under my current insurance contract, these services have been paid in full by BCBS. Not at "Advanced Physical Therapy" though. Due to the way they billed my insurance, over $500 was kicked back to me. They didn't let me know that the insurance was refusing any payment for 2 months and let me unknowingly accrue a huge bill.
