I am sad that this facility received such high reviews and my experience was polar opposite. The staff did not explain the process nor communicate with me. I would have to wait after completing one exercise to go to another task. I was never provided a clear planning for therapy. Very seldom did anyone ask how I felt completing the exercises. The exercises aggravated other areas of my leg. My last three visits they had to stop therapy due to additional swelling. My last day there was no exit plan or after care instructio... read more
