They charged my card for medication on 5/27. I called today, Monday, 6/8, and the medicine (which has now run out) has not been shipped yet. I was told that it could go out Tuesday or Wednesday; it would arrive on the West Coast in about a week. Overnight shipping would incur an additional cost of $49.99... on a 30 dollar medication. The explanation was that it's a prepaid shipment. Awful service! Pharmacist claimed they did not have my transfer to fill when I sat on hold for 28 minutes while a customer service rep obtained my transfer so I know they had it. The office smells awful, is dark and without furniture. I'm not sure how they are still in business.
Well, like everyone else says, they took my money immediately. I had refills remaining. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. So on a chat with them they said they contacted my doctor but never received the prescriptions. I contacted my doctor. They never heard from them, so the company flat out lied to me. I would have loved to work with Advanced Pharmacy LLC (because they are the mail order provider) for Clever RX that I have through my health plan with MPB health but they make it impossible. They take 7 to 10 business days after receiving a prescription to fill an order. When it's time for a refill, they don't just send the prescription to you. You have to call and can never reach a person. Their customer service appears to be in the Philippines as far as I can tell. I have been trying to get a refill on my heart medication ... read more
