Took my dog here to receive dental surgery and general check ups. While the dog may disagree, this place is amazing and the staff is incredible 100/10
I have never had such a wonderful experience with a vet before. My slightly aggressive dog was able to go in and out stress free. They were beyond kind to me and my dog, with such good attention, communication, quick scheduling, and beyond fair pricing. I will refer them to every pet parent I have ever met here moving forward
They have been really good to my dog over the past 6-7 years. Saving his life when he was a puppy and I’ll always remember that. However, over the past 3-4 years they have been increasly raising their costs to the point of gouging me. My dog gets frequent ear infections.. maybe once or twice every year or so. They used to look at him and then clean his ear, give me some medications to take home, spank me for 60-70 bucks and be on my way home. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel comfortable. The ladies behind the desk are awesome, the techs that come in and do the vitals, and the vets, are all the most professional team you could imagine dealing with when it comes to your pets. My girls (cats) are nervous on the way to the office, but once there they purr knowing they’re safe and in good hands. Best vet office in Reno!! Never trust my cats to any other office anywhere. I recommend this office to everyone of my friends who have dogs and cats.
I have been taking my fur baby here for a few years now they are very friendly.
