I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the front desk operator called Jen. She hanged up the phone and refused to provide any information or set up an appointment for my daughter. My husband and I had to drive down there to get it done. I have been with dr Patel since my oldest daughter was born and never had any issue with any one working there including doctors until today.
