Very unprofessional, unorganized, and little to no actual care or concern for children. They are impossible to get on the phone or get an appointment when your child is sick. They will ignore you and not call back like they claim if you call with any questions or concerns. They told me INCORRECT DOSAGES for my sick child’s medicine which led to us having to take her to the hospital. My daughter had a cyst under her arm and Amy Ransom got us in the next morning. When she came in the room we knew she was going to be a good doctor. Her bed side manners were amazing, she listened to my daughter’s concerns and she talked her through the procedure. Amy Ransom will now be both my daughter’s PCP as well as myself and husband.
After Dr Kahia left we saw another doctor twice with two of my kids. Very unpleased and she would not listen to anything I had to say about one of my kids. Please beware people with kids. By the way the doctor was Dr Letizia.
