My son was checked up for a fever he had been sick prior to he seen Karissa Sorrells so I just wanted to say she was awesome very thorough. I felt she listened to my concerns. She tested him for all the common colds and viruses and was prepared to do blood work for his glads being swollen if all that was negative. Turns out it was covid. I appreciate her actually looking into what the problem was and listening to my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Very unprofessional, unorganized, and little to no actual care or concern for children. They are impossible to get on the phone or get an appointment when your child is sick. They will ignore you and not call back like they claim if you call with any questions or concerns. They told me INCORRECT DOSAGES for my sick child’s medicine which led to us having to take her to the hospital. My daughter had a cyst under her arm and Amy Ransom got us in the next morning. When she came in the room we knew she was going to be a good doctor. Her bed side manners were amazing, she listened to my daughter’s concerns and she talked her through the procedure. Amy Ransom will now be both my daughter’s PCP as well as myself and husband.
