We have been going here for the last 6+ years. We have utilized speech, occupational, and ABA therapies. The staff here has always been very professional, accommodating and understanding. Our experience here has been beautifully amazing. I highly recommend coming here for pediatric therapeutic services.
Staff will talk down to you (speak to as if you are a child or stupid) , gloss over your feelings, put words in your mouth, manipulate you, and don't care about your feelings at all run away fast if you are assigned this facility.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk person; Heather. She was VERY rude, unprofessional, and wanted to argue over a topic she knew nothing about. She wanted to argue over active duty tricare because she was familiar with non active duty tricare. Both work completely different regardless if it sounds the same. It got to the point my husband called, and she argued with him too, so then our insurance called to explain how it works on our end. I get it. I would give the overall services a 3.5 stars but the reason why I put five stars is because of Stevye! The best way to describe her is, think of your happiest memory and that feeling that you have is Stevye in human form. You can tell that she is a rare breed of a human being. Our son absolutely loved her and she helped me become a better mother just from her professional knowledge.
