So glad we got another opinion somewhere else. We see a family dentist and when one of my children got her first cavity, our family dentist referred us here for a filling. From first call, this office left a lot to be desired. The scheduling person was rude and clearly irritated. It took several weeks to get in, a 45 minute wait in the waiting room, and a staff who would only acknowledge us by “mom” and “kiddo” and never bothered to learn my name or call my daughter by hers. Absolutely taking too long and not considerate about patient time and comfort at all. Takes us in two times now puts gas and turns on TV for kid and left us for an hour, cold and so dizzy after so long laying doing nothing. Then dr came in and drilled then said too busy and behind someone else will come to fill in he had to attend another person then waited again I mean just ridiculous.
