Hired this place in the Fall to do carpentry work & didn't check his ratings to make sure he was licensed like he said he was. Turned out he wasn't & had expired 6/2020. Workmanship was very poor & he doesn't stand behind his work, no warranty. Sure wished I checked his ratings. Lesson learned!
UPDATE: On 2/27/25 I saw he just got licenced. I also saw on BBB he got reviews by his friends saying how great he is.They're ALL phony & lies so don't fall victim like I did & other people. He's still out there trying to scam. 12/5/24- More people have been scammed. He is being sued for lots of money so approach with caution & don't hire. My husband hired T Vickery & didn't know his reviews weren't good. He claimed he knew how to build a railing & knew how to paint. Turned out his work was so bad he had to hire somebody else to redo the work. He refused to come & fix & refused to refund. Later he discovered he was overcharged which was also refused. We don't recommend to hire
Don't recommend. We weren't happy with the quality of his work. Carpenter skills & quality of painting were way below par, & poorly & sloppily done. After we found out he was never Fully Licensed & Insured as indicated on his quote/invoicing. Was very upset. it expired Our suggestion, don't hire Todd.
