As a chaplain visiting a patient in the ICU for over two weeks, I was disappointed by the overall experience, particularly with whoever was present at the time at the front desk with nurses. Their bedside manner left much to be desired; some were often unfriendly and did not create a welcoming environment. Some on the other hand, were friendly. We came here for my husband's shoulder surgery. From walking in the door and being greeted, transport, nurses, doctors and the people in the cafeteria. The entire experience was excellent. The nicest staff we have had in a long time at any medical facility. Clean and very comfortable.
Some of the most compassionate and caring nurses/staff ever, even the security guard was extremely polite and caring. 10/10 would recommend this hospital for anything!
