Honestly, tear it down and start all over.
Terrible experience every time I go here.
The ER is a joke. I went in for complications and they told me to call my actual dr in the morning and discharged me without really giving me an exam. The women’s care center is even worse. I Will never use them again!! I’ve been having issues for weeks. They don’t let you speak to your own doctor or an on call doctor, they tell you you’re not important and call back later. RIDICULOUS.
Family member went to ER by ambulance, sat in the waiting area by herself for 6 hours, family waited outside. No communication from the staff to the family unless we initiated it. VERY POOR set up for an ER, triage for ER is horrible! BIG changes need made.
Terrible, just terrible. Unhelpful & very unfriendly staff. We’ve relocated out of state recently & they still refuse to send our medical records. It’s been over a month & BHS can’t find someone capable of sending an imaging disc?!?! How many medical records release forms do you need from our new specialist??? Thank GOD we no longer live in PA!

An area that only options close by r more then half hour I choose butler for my six month old daughter we had such great er staff friendly n helpful as could be all the way through urgent care thank you all so much for all u do I as an heath care worker also have so much respect for us all during this time!!!

Disappointed in Butler Memorial Hospital/COVID 19 testing and Quest Diagnostics. Will never ever use them again. Found out from my PCP that my test results are missing. Here I am a healthcare employee waiting since March 27th.
