Pretty disappointed with this place. They called and canceled my son's appointment yesterday with very little notice. When I tried to get him rescheduled, they booked him in Bastrop. What really frustrates me is that every other time we've dealt with this office, they've had no problem talking to me and letting me make appointments for him. My son is disabled and has signed paperwork giving me permission to handle his appointments. I started physical therapy with Scott Nicklas in February 2026, my pain level was at a 8 or 9 was walking hunch. Now 4 months later, my pain level is at 5, I'm walking straight and feel great. I would highly recommend Scott.
Everyone is professional and polite!
This place I don’t recommend it to no one. Here I am suffering with back pain and am getting the run around. I was scheduled an appointment and for an injection and was never told the procedure was in Austin not where I was seen. So I had to reschedule. So then the following week I go to my appointment in S.Austin and when I get there the people in Kyle had made my appointment but didn’t scheduled it in Austin, a waste of my time. It’s an amazing place if you’re trying to recover from any injury or accident that might have happened to you. Scott is an excellent physical therapist he’s very knowledgeable in his field and a really kind individual.
