Dr. Hellman and his staff are TOP NOTCH!! We recommend them 100%! Dr. Hellman listened patiently and gave plenty time for us to ask questions. He took the time to fully explain and describe the situation with my fiancée’s back. Emily, the PA, is very knowledgeable and gave all options available. The ladies at the front desk (Ruth, Melissa, and Stephanie) are so polite, friendly and attentive. We have never waited longer than 5 minutes!
I bring my elderly father to his appointments. All of the staff is kind and patient with him. I have had especially great customer service from the front desk, Ruth is always so kind and always greets us with a smile.
