I can’t say enough wonderful things about this pain management office! From the moment I walked in, Ruth and Angela at the front desk were absolutely amazing—kind, welcoming, patient, and always willing to listen to my questions and concerns. The office staff an doctors are amazing treat you like a person not a number. It's rather refreshing this day an age.
Pretty disappointed with this place. They called and canceled my son's appointment yesterday with very little notice. When I tried to get him rescheduled, they booked him in Bastrop. What really frustrates me is that every other time we've dealt with this office, they've had no problem talking to me and letting me make appointments for him. My son is disabled and has signed paperwork giving me permission to handle his appointments. Yesterday they spoke with me with no issues, but today I was suddenly told they couldn't talk ... read more
I started physical therapy with Scott Nicklas in February 2026, my pain level was at a 8 or 9 was walking hunch. Now 4 months later, my pain level is at 5, I'm walking straight and feel great. I would highly recommend Scott.
