The staff at the front desk are nice. They greet me with good energy in the morning. My PT Scott Nicklas has been great. I have some limitations but, he has accommodated my therapy to my limitations very well! For that I'm thankful & feel much better after several sessions. This Kyle location is great!
Physical therapy at APC kyle has exceeded my expectations with Scott Nicklas! With one on one attention, customized exercises and continued accountability my pain lessened more than I could have imagined…and great at-home plans to keep up the momentum. TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFFING! If you want to be talked down to and treated like a child then this is the place for you. The office just expects you to do what they say and if you question them, they get upset about it. However you are not allowed to speak up for yourself or they will stop your service.
