Everyone was super friendly and helpful!!
We had an ear infection while on vacation. Dr. Crow was very patient and helpful. Due to acute pain we were able to be treated without an appointment.
Do not go here!!!! PA is terrible, she is not knowledgeable about ENT or basic medical practices. Office and billing staff are terrible! They rarely answer the phone and no option to leave a message or communicate electronically. They demand payment at time of service but drag their feet to provide a bill for us to file with insurance. Only offer excuses and no solution to delayed billing paperwork. Absolutely the worse I have been treated at medical office. Office manager yelled at me and very rude. I wrote complaint and gave to the PA. her response was she’s been here a long time not anything we can do and we have many bad reviews because of her. Nurses even apologized. Today I got call from the woman I complained about telling me due to my complaint they were cancelling my next appointment. Makes me wonder what she has on them that they are willing to lose patients for her
If I could give no stars I would. They never answer, sometimes they will pick up the phone just to hang up. I have been waiting to repair my moms hearing aid for more than a month & supposedly they don’t have an audiologist because they quit (I see why!) I wish I would have just went through Costco’s hearing aid center. Save your money, but more importantly your time!
