Extremely unethical business people. They do not make it clear that if you can't tolerate the CPAP machine that you will be charged a massive amount of money for the mask, headgear and other accessories. When I called to enquire, a very rude woman stonewalled me and refused any wrongdoing. Given my apnea was mild, I would not have done business with them if I had know that. Beware, people!
Wouldn't want to judge the entire company from limited experience...but... The tech who came to provide me with CPAP equipment offered me a mask in addition to the type I usually use, but didn't make it clear I would be charged for that mask (previous company with previous insurance gave me a free mask initially and would give me a mask every 3 months.) Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. So pleased my doctor chose this company over other less reputable companies in the area. I would recommend them to anyone. The insurance process was a breeze thanks to their wonderful customer service.
This place is a joke. They lost my prescription twice and sent an incompetent sleep apnea expert to force the wrong mask on me. They have a D- BBB rating and absolutely no emails posted on the web.
