I was working with them for over a year. They shipped me a Tens machine, which was covered by NYSHIP. However, to my surprised after a year they sent me a bill for $500, and then for $ 45 dollars. One of their staff in accounting sent me an email stating the following" If not paid in a timely manner a $ 25.00 late fee would be added to the account making the balance due $ 70.00." I even emailed the owner Harry, however, no response from him. They left me with no other choice to pay the bill. I will never deal with this compa... read more

I have been receiving my medical equipment from Advance Oxy for over 9 years and the customer service is superb. I can even leave a message and I receive a call the same day. Keep up the great work.

They aren’t upfront about pricing in the beginning. Every time you do business with them it just seems sketchy. I would really suggest going with another company, if your doctor has them reach out, please tell your doctor to find another company. They told me I only had to pay for 10 months and then switched it to 12 months.
