I was so pleased with the services I received from GG she was very professional and helpful with scheduling my appointment to get my cpap machine Thank You .I also called and spoke with Sasha and she was very polite and helpful as well I appreciate the customer service.

The ladies in the office are great. They were able to get all of the insurance information and process it. Got my supplies today and I’m happy with the experience.

I was working with them for over a year. They shipped me a Tens machine, which was covered by NYSHIP. However, to my surprised after a year they sent me a bill for $500, and then for $ 45 dollars. One of their staff in accounting sent me an email stating the following" If not paid in a timely manner a $ 25.00 late fee would be added to the account making the balance due $ 70.00." I even emailed the owner Harry, however, no response from him. They left me with no other choice to pay the bill. I will never deal with this compa... read more

I have been receiving my medical equipment from Advance Oxy for over 9 years and the customer service is superb. I can even leave a message and I receive a call the same day. Keep up the great work.
