I wish I could give a lower mark. They are an absolute image of what not to do as far as customer service goes. Every time I call they tell me I owe something, however they don't actually send out bills. Fascinating business plan.

This company is a joke! So difficult to get supplies. I don't know how the company keeps it's door open. I'm definitely leaving and signing up with a better Cpap company.

Advanced Oxy-med is at best , a1 star company!!! I have had many problems getting my materials. I paid an outstanding Bill yesterday., was told that my information would be given to order a a new Mask. Then I get a call tonight at 6:oopm that I have another bill to pay for this order to be released. She transfers me back to billing which is closed for the day. So, I may not receive my Mask until next week. They are the worst supplier in the business!!!

I have been calling for my supplies since October and a month later I receive a call from Amy saying I have to pay my deductible first now before she can send out my supplies. When I mentioned it’s a month later after my initial calls back in October she tells me this is the first she’s hearing from me. Yet when you call for supplies her name is the one on the answering machine and always not available for the call they are either on another call or away from there desk is amazing to me, I envy them, what a great job to have... read more

I tried to order a simple item I needed for my C-Pap. They would not send it to me, saying a needed a doctors order. So I did not order anything or contact my doctor. Within a week I received a box full of C-Pap equipment that I had not ordered nor needed. This organization is a scam
