This review was a long time coming. We've been clients of Advanced Orthotic Designs for 2 years now and just had our third pair of AFO's made. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is so patient and understanding with my son. Rhonda assists with the paperwork and ensures a stress free process every time. They are both caring and compassionate individuals, who make a great team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We got recommended Advance Orthotics via Erinoaks Kids 8.5 years ago. We met Mark at that time, and he has been doing the AFO's for my daughter since. He has been amazing, the way he speak to you very clear , he is very honest and he will explain to you well what need to done or how he will make your orthotics device. The way he treat my daughter is really good he makes her comfortable and not scare plus he adds fun to the appts so she doesn't get bored. We have been going to AOD for about 7 years for AFOs. They have always been extremely helpful over the years. Whenever there was an emergency they were able to help us right away! Highly recommended.
Mark has been taking care of chad for YEARS AND YEARS. Chad absolutely LOVES his ...I dont know..8th? 9th? Pair of AFOs and hes SOOO excited for his light up shoes too. Worth the drive...worth it all. I cant thank this entire office enough for years of love and continued care.
