Even though the circumstances that sent me there was undesirable the service and care I received was excellent.
I went there yesterday , with a note from my work , Workers comp claim number and everything. I was turned away ,and told I needed to fax more information ,then I could schedule an appointment ,or pay it myself $350. To be seen . Not much of an urgent care office .
First visit today. Everyone was polite and professional.
My husband got injured so we ventured into the office of Dr. Brett 'We'll Get Back to You... Eventually' Wasserlauf for a pow-wow on next steps. After an hour marinating in the waiting room we where finally seen. Dr. Wasserlauf himself was quite thorough. He laid out the options, the pros, the cons – top marks for that part. The real adventure began post-consult. We were told to await insurance authorization (fair enough) and then his scheduler would bestow upon us the gift of a surgery date.
