This practice is very well organized and appointments are quickly booked and office wait time is less than 15 minutes. The medical staff are wonderful.
Let me start by saying that the receptionist, doctor, and PA I've seen have all been great to work with for my first two visits. However, I had an appointment for Tuesday which I called on Monday to confirm since the email confirmation was showing the wrong location (Vernon). I was told over the phone that it was indeed in Bloomfield and that the doctor would see me on Tuesday. I walked in from a pickleball injury. The office staff was kind, clean place, and the doctor was so caring.
Dr Kruger performed a spinal fusion on me last March. From the first time I met him he has been compassionate, very open about my condition and all possible treatments, putting me and my husband at ease concerning my surgery and recovery. I trust Dr Kruger completely and will continue to rely on his advice concerning my health.
