Horrible place to do business with. Every NP I saw was nice, but saw a different one every time. The office is not organized at all! They won’t call you back. One time I drove all the way from Jennings only for them to tell me that my appointment was canceled and no one had called to tell me so! And, they always have different workers in office. I never saw the doctor because he’s in Alexandria.

I had the best experience here, I brought my child in for an athletic injury. The two ladies in the front office were so sweet, they made us feel so welcome from start to finish, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Our provider Brandy and the medical assistants were wonderful. All of our needs were fulfilled and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Horrible place my son has a fractured hip from football urgent care took the ex rays but he needed an orthopedic appointment. We sat for two hours with them telling us they would be doing his ex rays. So then the NP comes in and says she has the ex rays from urgent care so I said can we see them and she said sure let me go get them I’ll be right back. 20 minutes later she said she didn’t have them after she just told us she did. So I got a call today from Tammy the office manager to inform me my daughter, who is severely developmentally delayed, was to be at the office in LC today. My daughter is only transported by ambulance due to these disabilities she has and we have to give 24 hour notice before we can schedule that. Then that's not guaranteed. She had the audacity to ask me if I cared about my daughter's health because they scheduled the appointment for this Thursday and the aide was scheduled that day as well. Negative stars. The receptionist is VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING; she doesn't care about anyone's time or pain. This place will run up a bill as much as possible without actually helping anyone heal. Required drug tests every visit--no matter why you are there or whether you are on private insurance. No doctor present--just nurses and nurse practitioner. Don't waste your time here.
