Horrible place my son has a fractured hip from football urgent care took the ex rays but he needed an orthopedic appointment. We sat for two hours with them telling us they would be doing his ex rays. So then the NP comes in and says she has the ex rays from urgent care so I said can we see them and she said sure let me go get them I’ll be right back. 20 minutes later she said she didn’t have them after she just told us she did. So I got a call today from Tammy the office manager to inform me my daughter, who is severely developmentally delayed, was to be at the office in LC today. My daughter is only transported by ambulance due to these disabilities she has and we have to give 24 hour notice before we can schedule that. Then that's not guaranteed. She had the audacity to ask me if I cared about my daughter's health because they scheduled the appointment for this Thursday and the aide was scheduled that day as well. Negative stars. The receptionist is VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING; she doesn't care about anyone's time or pain. This place will run up a bill as much as possible without actually helping anyone heal. Required drug tests every visit--no matter why you are there or whether you are on private insurance. No doctor present--just nurses and nurse practitioner. Don't waste your time here.

If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend had an appointment with them and I witnessed just how bad of a practice these people are. The doctor acts like he doesn't care about the pain he is in and just cares about the money from the insurance company. He made him take a drug test which he passed because he is not a drug user. They wouldn't even prescribe him muscle relaxers stating he would have to get someone higher over his head to do it and it just wouldn't be possible. This place is horrible unless you're a crackhead because that's how they treat patients . I have never had a doctor's office. Call they don't call back even my physical therapist called no call back. They are only interested in collecting from your insurance company. If you get a referral for this office decline you will not be treated for what's wrong with you but you will be more than disappointed nothing will be done!!!
