Very well done, staff extremely professional, answered all my questions, and arranged for follow up
After a few visits, I change my review. They care in the beginning but drop your concerns and needs after you give them a good rating!! I have contacted the office multiple times, messages, voicemail. No response! Absolutely awful! They still haven't returned office emails or phone calls! They haven't even responded to my PCP!!! Dropped visits without forewarning? No notice or text, unbelievable!!
Kaitlin is great! Asset to your group. Billing department and ck in not so good at all!
