Highly RECOMMEND Dr.Herron office, he did my knee surgery (MPFL Reconstruction) & did an amazing JOB! 8months post op, I feel great! My scars aren't even bad at all! Everyone at the office is always so nice & helpful. Tammy is amazing as well. I'm just so thankful for Dr.Herron & his staff for making my knee better. Couldn't of asked for a better surgeon. 😊
After 23 days of waiting for surgery scheduling, supposedly for insurance prior authorization, through a series of calls to my insurer, I learned that the "problem" is actually a beef between Herron's office and the insurer. Having been lied to by Herron's staff at the Prince Frederick office and never being told of such a problem, I fired them today. Have an appointment Friday with an office I can trust in Annapolis- Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. I should have known better.
I HATE having to deal with this office. If Dr. Herron had not done my initial surgery, I would never have gone back. I have watched as 3 staff members ignore phone calls, allowing them to go to VM. I have waited for more than 2 hours to be seen (on a slow day). I have twice had the incorrect information typed on my x-ray referral, causing wasted time and gas, as well as delays in treatment. I have waited days for a callback from the doctor or office to make an appointment or address meds. Honestly, I don't know how they stay... read more
