Customer support might be a bit slow, but they always resolve everything. And the product itself is of high quality! I tested their vitamins, amino acids, and micronutrients and can recommend purchasing directly from the manufacturer. They always have great promotions, and the staff is knowledgeable if you ask anything about the products. I’m not writing this review about the product itself, but about the customer service experience. I ordered a product through Amazon and, due to ongoing health issues, timing really mattered to me. Amazon initially told me it would arrive between 4 AM and 8 AM this morning. Then, at the last minute, I was informed it wouldn’t arrive until late next week. That was incredibly upsetting. Bought N-A-C very expensive. The capsules were only half full. At these price points quality and potency should be always tested and reviewed. Not pleased with how this company and others these days on the market are not following Standards.
