Our child was under the care of Geoffrey Hall. Upon raising concerns about our child's treatment, we were advised that Geoffrey Hall had left the practice. No explanation given and no information provided on the new orthodontist and her experience. I'm not sure what would have happened if we didn't raise our concerns! Very disappointed. Me and my 3 siblings have all had braces done here a few years back. I have been wearing all my retainers that I have been supposed to but yet some of my teeth have started to move and are becoming very crooked. I understand that your teeth never stop moving but when I came to see the Orthodontist and told them about my issue they didn't seem to care and said I need braces yet again!!!!
