Worst experience ever. We have paid for 4 other kids braces and never had this bad an experience. First we asked that we get a simple reminder call but Judy couldn't do that. Then we weren't allowed to go into the office with our daughter and so we never heard from Dr. Lauren. Never a single phone call after any visits. Braces were to be on 12-18 months and we are approaching 24 months. In January we paid our half in full.
