I was anxious about starting my braces journey, but everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Special thanks to Brenda :) learned a lot from her today. Horrible experience here , they did changes to my teeth and did not consult with me about it , I told them that I didn’t want my teeth lowered and explained to them what I didn’t like about the changes they made and they didn’t care about what I wanted and were acting as if they didn’t know what I was talking about , and didn’t even attempt to fix what I wasn’t happy with this they make changes without consulting with you .
