Never listened to what I wanted. The invisayn moved all my teeth in the wrong direction, he didn’t read the notes from the lab on what they prescribed. they Had me start with upper and lower trays at the same time, then I read the notes and it said to wait 3 months to start lower tray. Overcharge me for Invisalign when he delivered Invisalign express
Ruined my mouth. Treated with invisalyn , he didn’t even read the directions sent from the lab that said to start the upper teeth first and wait until halfway done to start the lower teeth. Charged me for a full Invisalign case and delivered Express, which is half the time.
