Professional and great customer service throughout my visit. Oh, the ice cream was very thoughtful extra treat❤️
Dr. Taylor and his team were wonderful, very professional, personable and efficient. The graft went as smoothly as it likely possibly could have went. Looking forward to seeing how the follow up will go, I’m sure everything will still be just fine!!
The carrier we received was very good, however, when we schedule the appointment we were told we could do a consult first or do a consult and surgery the same day. We elected to do the consult and surgery same day. Upon meeting with a business representative at the appointment, I was told our insurance would not cover the cost of the consult because it was the same day as the surgery. Had an amazing experience here for my oral surgery yesterday. I have a crippling fear of all things dentist’s and dental surgery and were the most calming reassuring they could possibly be. Big Props to there assistant Marcos i believe was his name, he made such a calming happy environment for me to be in, i started to have a panic attack reading everything i was getting done yesterday so there surgeon got him back in the room to see if he could further explain things and when he did i was almost fully stress free.
