This is the second time our family needed Advanced Oral Surgery and Periodontics services and the second time we received such thoughtful and professional services. If you are in the need of their offerings, I highly recommend them!
I avoided treating my periodontitis for several years because I was really anxious about it, but I’m so glad I finally came here. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable and not judged. Rachele was amazing! She was incredibly thorough, took the time to educate me, explained exactly what to expect, and did a fantastic job easing my anxiety throughout the process. Thanks to the care here, my periodontitis now stabilized, and somehow I’m actually looking forward to my next annual visit!
At the time of service, I was required to pay a $400 deposit via credit card despite my oral surgery costs being run through my health insurance. My health insurance paid 100% of the claim. I have been struggling since January to get a refund of the $400. I have spoken or communicated via email with Jenna, David, Laura, and Andrea. Jenna kept telling me I would get a refund but it has been over 2 months and I still have not received the refund.
