I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the front desk to the back, everyone was so kind and helpful. You can tell the staff really knows what they’re doing, and they made me feel completely at ease. My doctor was amazing experienced, calm, and explained everything in a way that made sense. So greatful to have been referred this place. My partner had a lot of pain before coming in to see whats wrong. All staff explained everything thoroughly and calmly from staff pricing, to the doctor's analysis. They prescribed him medicine right away, something our dentist didn't do despite him being in so much pain. And they gave us options for what procedure we could do and let us decide on what we wanted. Decided on all 4 wisdom teeth removal. I recently had an amazing consultation experience, and honestly, it was surprisingly one of the best. The staff here were super friendly and made my child and me feel like people and not just a number, making us very comfortable from the moment we walked in. They explained everything clearly, which helped ease my decision to move forward with surgery for my son here. Overall, it was a positive visit, and I'm glad I went to such a professional and caring place.

Amazing staff and the nurse was able to put the IV in my daughters hand with no problem. She did really great and she has had 2 open heart surgeries so she is high risk. They worked on her so good without any problem. Dr Kaercher is so kind and professional, highly recommended. They also provide oxygen while in anesthesia. They even provide cofee while in the waiting room.
