I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the front desk to the back, everyone was so kind and helpful. You can tell the staff really knows what they’re doing, and they made me feel completely at ease. My doctor was amazing experienced, calm, and explained everything in a way that made sense. Extremely disappointed. I was recommended this place by my dentist. I had a seizure this past week and am having trouble eating from one side of my mouth. My skull and all 20+teeth are still in my mouth. I scheduled an appointment for the end of the week on a Friday. I got a phone call the day before saying the seurgon couldn't do my case because its too traumatic of a case. They do wisdom teeth. I just wanted an X-ray. I had wisdom teeth removal done here and I have to say every single employee from the front desk ladies, the nurses and the Doctor were all very kind and professional. There was very little wait time and when I had a pharmacy issue they handled it immediately. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you all! P.S to the nurse who helped me after anesthesia I was trying to tell you you had nice eyebrows but I have no idea what I was saying 😭

Our daughter had to have her four wisdom teeth removed. This office was in-network with our insurance company. I called to set up the appt and the front desk gave me a consultation and the procedure appt on the same day, if we opted to get it done that day, which was four days later. There was only one other oral surgery clinic on our in-network list that we could have visited and after this experience, we should have gone with the other place! I had a great experience getting my dental procedure with Dr. Kaercher. He is such a great doctor! The staff was very nice and welcoming. Everyone was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
