This one lady at the desk with a ponytail was rude and hella passive aggressive
I remember coming here prior due to my doctors referral and let me just say that "I" personally never have been treated so rudely before from customer service, especially at a dental place. The staff and the workers, especially the ladies working there were so uncalled for and rude. I don't see the reasoning behind a staff worker needing to mock their patient for shedding a bit of tears from surgery, especially being my first and I even told you so, nor the need to comment on what I dress right after I just woken up from gas... read more
Fantastic all around, extremely nice staff and Dr Lam is amazing. I was extremely nervous about wisdom teeth removal, EXTREMELY nervous but now they are gone and I don't remember a thing about the procedure. Of course there was pain management after the fact but they gave me a prescription and everything worked out great. 10/10 operation and can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Dr. Lam!
Amazing doctor, office, and easy to find. Staff returns calls promptly and politely. Text message sent with necessary info. The doctor was polite, listened, thorough, and painfree with local anesthesia, great followup info, rx called to preferred pharmacy. No unwanted chatter or small talk. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience! I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. The doctor was great. I felt nothing at all, and don't even remember the procedure! Post surgery the pain was very minimal and handled well with just Advil. I was very nervous about this procedure, but everyone was very reassuring and patient with me. I would highly recommend them!
