I came here after being referred by a friend and explaining clearly what my dentist recommended (removal of two implants due to decay) and my time constraints with an upcoming move. When I scheduled the consultation, I was assured they could meet my needs. Unfortunately, my actual experience was terrible. Lack of communication. Husband needed to get a tooth pulled after a failed root canal. They gave estimate on extraction, bone graft and implants. We chose to just go with the extraction only. They said they would send us new estimate, never did, and call us to let us know if there is out of pocket after insurance, never did and then told us the day of the appointment when we show up it was going to be 550-1000 and never ran it through insurance. I had a great experience with Advanced Oral and Facial Surgery. All of the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The office waiting area is comfortable and clean. I appreciated the office’s use of text messaging to remind me about my appointments and provide detailed links to my pre-op and post-op instructions. Dr. Dohman performed my oral surgery which went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Advanced Oral and Facial Surgery to others in need of their specialty care.
