Highly recommend! Had a wonderful experience here for my open MRI. From the start, the whole team was incredibly supportive with scheduling. Every staff member, including the reception and the MRI technicians, provided an exceptionally high level of patient care. I didn’t feel stuffy and scared at all. The facility is spotless, and the examination room itself was very calming, complete with soft music that helped put my mind at ease.
I recently had an open MRI and was still feeling very anxious and panicked during the procedure. Daisy, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She took the time to help me calm down and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and compassion truly made a difference in my experience. Daisy is excellent at what she does, and I highly recommend this facility because of the outstanding care she provided.
