It was my first time dealing with Advanced and it wasn’t the product or the prices that stood out, it was the customer service. My back was really hurting after removing an old sidewalk concrete all day, and when i walked in to pay for the pickup full of broken concrete, Armando asked the general question what could he do to help, not knowing I was in pain. Est compañía me dijo que me enviaran el cemento luego que busque los trabajadores me dijeron que tenía que hacer un depósito de $200 dólares o si no, no me iban a enviar el concreto, les dije que pago todo efectivo cuando lleguen y me dijeron que no, ahí perdí tiempo y tuve que pagarle a los trabajadores sin hacer nada, no la recomiendo tiene pecima administración
These people are charging three times what a tool costs. I went in to buy one tuckpointing tool and it was priced 23.00. Come on really! It’s a 12.00 tool. I will never support my neighborhood building material company with prices like that. Amazon had the same one for 7.00!
