Ageism is real it’s sad someone new came and bought this place & forced out people that have been there 20 plus years it’s not like they get health insurance either. Sad I wouldn’t do business here unless you’re desperate but even then beware.

By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a concrete supply company. Monday 11/13 , I placed an order in for concrete that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 11/15, the lady over the phone gladly took my deposit and placed my order. CONFIRMED the order within that same day. Tuesday 11/14, I rescheduled my order due to the rain for Thursday 11/16 which they STILL VERIFIED would work! It was my first time dealing with Advanced and it wasn’t the product or the prices that stood out, it was the customer service. My back was really hurting after removing an old sidewalk concrete all day, and when i walked in to pay for the pickup full of broken concrete, Armando asked the general question what could he do to help, not knowing I was in pain. I jokingly asked if he had any pain medicine as Mari, who is also genuinely nice, began to process the payment. Next thing I know, Armando is digging around trying to fin... read more
