Advanced Office Copiers are awesome to deal with. My toner collection cartridge needed to be changed in the middle of a big print job, and they came out and it was up in running within the hour - WOW!!
The call was placed and within an hour a tech appeared. He was very knowledgable and polite. He explained what he needed to replace and also taught me how to clear a code so as to be able to continue printing. AOC has been very good for the church.
Our church's new copier installed today. AOC provided us with a great copier at a great price, and they have gone out of their way to make the process easy for us. Thank you to all involved!
