Dr. Jessica is awesome for physical therapy - adjusts the program for what works for you, and explains the exercises in detail and really thoroughly addresses concerns and questions.
It’s an okay therapy center. The issue is not the therapy the issue is that you don’t work with the same person each time you come in so the person you have that day doesn’t have a clue what you need and you have re explain everything over again. The program they use to track the therapy does not show the exercise history or what the client needs. I’ve had to explain numerous times what I need when I walk in.
How is it possible that they can not answer a simple appointment call? Is their volume so great that they can’t answer? If so there should be money in their budget to increase the department that handles calls. But if they are understaffed because there aren’t many clients then why aren’t they answering. Incredible
I came to this place in a very miserable condition & unbearable pain even my foot was multicolor blue/purple due to a ridiculous ankle injury, I couldn’t step on my foot at all. Since I’m an impatient active person I was doubting I will walk again. I booked my appointment the receptionist was very nice & she worked out with my schedule.
