Will update my review after seeing a doctor. But just know that you can’t even talk to anyone about scheduling an appointment or what their availability is until they have processed your insurance through their billing team which takes at least 2-3 days. Very shocked that this is their standard practice and that you can’t even put a date on the calendar until then, rather than setting an appointment and reviewing billing details before the appointment. Do not come here if you don’t want to leave feeling abused by a fellow woman. Horrible horrible bedside manner, no empathy…. I went here for many years cause they were the only ones who took my insurance. I will never allow myself to be abused by these people ever again. It’s worth it to go elsewhere where. Literally anywhere else.
so many bad experiences, I can't count them on my fingers. The latest one is, I asked for a recommendation on a breast pump to buy and was told to "do my research". then, when I asked for a recommendation for a lactation consultant, I was told we have some at the hospital… You can call. They should be ashamed! as an obstetrician's office, I say find somewhere else to go ladies.
Reception giving diagnosis over the phone is concerning.
