Will update my review after seeing a doctor. But just know that you can’t even talk to anyone about scheduling an appointment or what their availability is until they have processed your insurance through their billing team which takes at least 2-3 days. Very shocked that this is their standard practice and that you can’t even put a date on the calendar until then, rather than setting an appointment and reviewing billing details before the appointment. so many bad experiences, I can't count them on my fingers. The latest one is, I asked for a recommendation on a breast pump to buy and was told to "do my research". then, when I asked for a recommendation for a lactation consultant, I was told we have some at the hospital… You can call. They should be ashamed! as an obstetrician's office, I say find somewhere else to go ladies.
Reception giving diagnosis over the phone is concerning.
The phone staff/receptionist is the reason for the 1 star. I have had great experiences with every doctor I have seen at the practice as well as the nurses. I had my son sept 2024 and had to cancel both my 2 week check up and 6 week check up after scheduling them with a lady on the phone who I told I could only do Mondays/Tuesdays due to my husband's schedule. She said "oh well that's all we have" I told her I'd be cancelling them as I would not be able to make them work. At this point I was struggling with ppd and having so... read more
