The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful my gynecologist is very helpful and professional
My wife called the office and was told her test results were in. I left work early and drove 1 hour to get the results. I got to the office 25 minutes before closing time and all the doors were locked and employees were leaving the parking lot. They said nothing about closing early when my wife called about the test results.
The doctors are wonderful but unfortunately there's a nurse who needs to check her attitude when it comes to patients asking questions and requesting to speak with a doctor, she won't give her name when asked but can give a month full of disrespect. Instead of trying to be the physician do what your job title is and listen first then do as the patient asked, it's not your job to tell anyone how they're supposed to feel and downplay what their condition and symptoms are over the phone a piece of advice make sure you walk out ... read more
