I had a generally positive experience at this practice until a recent turn of events. I was informed that my OB was out of the country due to a family emergency and that her return was uncertain. When I inquired about seeing another provider, I was told they were fully booked and that I might have a tentative appointment with my current OB. Worst doc . One star for delivering my little one but totally unprofessional
Horrible experience with the front desk and office manager . The doctors always runs late and not caring of own time . Office manager extremely rude and unprofessional. I guess that what you get for low paying employees. I do not recommend
Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the customer service is at this office. I had an appointment scheduled and was told I did not have one when I signed in. I logged on to my phone to show the girl at the front desk my appointment confirmation on their portal but she didn’t want to see it.
