dr danastor is absolutely amazing but some of the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional..
Do not recommend this place AT ALL! Office manager is so incredibly rude. A simple misunderstanding and she LASHED OUT so unprofessional!! We drove 30 minutes to see the place and she started blaming us because we placed something under the wrong name and she didn’t feel like changing it, but rather came with such a bad attitude we left immediately!!! If she represents the place we’re glad we left when we did. Never met anyone that unprofessional.
The doctors are all really nice. The office manager and the rest of the staff or horrible. They are rude and don’t answer the phone. The one bad thing that I can say about the doctors is they have a system where in your third trimester you have appointments with all the doctors in the practice in case you deliver and your doctor is not available. This didn’t happen for me. I gave birth with a doctor I had never met. What’s the point of the on call if none of the doctors are going to show up for your unplanned early delivery?... read more
I cannot begin to describe what an amazing experience it has been so far with Dr. Danastor and her incredible team at Advanced OB-GYN Institute. From the moment you walk in, the front desk personnel, nurses, and techs make you feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Danastor is truly one in a million.
