I feel so lucky to have found Advanced OB/GYNE after having poor experiences with other gynecologists. Dr. Griggs is absolutely wonderful! The first gyne that listened to me and took me serious on my PCOS, and actually cares to make any issues I have better. Entire staff is always super helpful, friendly, considerate, understanding and gentle.
The people in this hospital and this office are the most incompetent people I’ve ever talk to. I had my original appointment for October 10th to work with my work schedule and then they called me a few days before to tell me there won’t be any ultrasound techs in the office Friday and to come in October 7th instead which is today. Everyone in the hospital kept giving me the wrong directions, wrong building etc. I got back to my car and saw that ny confirmation text and the link it took me to said my appt was at 8:45 not at 8... read more
