Unprofessional staff
This is probably one of the most disorganized medical offices I have ever seen. I don’t know if it’s just because there’s low staffing or what, but the services here have been beyond inconsistent and infuriating. Doctors leave and appointments get cancelled without you being notified, the call center receptionists are useless and rude, the office will be closed at completely random times, you have to call MULTIPLE TIMES to get a doctor to refill a prescription, and medical questions don’t get thoroughly answered, even after ... read more
