I told dr Gupta the whole pregnancy that after I gave birth, I wanted to have my tubes removed, which I only have one left. Today my wife was there to get her record, but they refused to give it to her and then I showed up, finally they gave some paper works to give our medical record, but funny part they said it will take them 48 hours, they are not professional, I file a complaint at Texas medical board as well
Would not recommend this office. It was all okay for the most of my pregnancy, Dr never really seemed to care though, i was bounced around between her and her NP which the NP is amazing i wish i could’ve just had her back honestly, Dr.Gupta could care less, she didn’t care to answer any questions spent maybe 3 minutes with me in most visits and a lot of the visits that i did see her she’s come in with dirty scrubs or covered in a bunch of liquid looked like she had just gotten done delivering someone’s baby and didn’t even c... read more
They do not care about wasting your time. Made new patient appointment but was advised they don’t take my insurance after I arrived. What annoys me is the lady saying they thought they didn’t take my insurance but wanted to see the card when I came in to be sure. I took off work just be refused in person for something they should have verified before I got there. I was already having issues finding providers and they wasted my time with this.
