I have been attending classes at AN training studio for almost 3 years now. I love the encouraging, friendly atmosphere of the small group training classes offered there. Shelly offers a variety of classes so that you never get bored with the workouts. She has great strength building workouts as well as cardio workouts. I have never been one to stick with classes for long but these classes have definitely become a part of my weekly routine and I am sad when I have to miss one!

Great place for individual attention even in the small classes. There is no other place I would go to work out at 5am! Shelly customizes each exercise to each ladies' personal ability. It is challenging, yet enjoyable. We laugh and get our days started in a healthy, positive way!!

Shelly is AMAZING. She makes working out fun! Every workout is different and unique. I have gone to multiple gyms but hers is by far the best. She cares about her clients and pushes us to see results! Since working out at Advanced Nutrition Training Studio I have seen the results I needed. I had gained 70 lbs after having my baby and now look better than I did before getting married. Her personal training is amazing as well. I do both personal training and classes! I highly recommend Shelly to everyone!

Great place to start the day. Shelly makes things challenging and will push you, but also adjusts to each individual's level. The classes are just the right size and are always different. Studio is clean and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging.
